It shares the same complex with Hotel Landmark. Built in the year 1987 by Somdutt Builders, who also constructed the elevated four-lane highway on the by-pass of the city, it once served as a market famous for fashionable clothes and leather goods but gradually converted to electronics bazaar. Also known as 'Nehru Place' of Kanpur it is now a buzzing place holding a majority of shops for computers, mobiles and other electronic items.
